Sales Statistics for Tractors and Combine Harvesters in the Czech Republic in 2023
6. 2. 2024In 2023, a total of 2,734 tractors were registered in the Czech Republic. This statistic is based on official data from the vehicle register published by the Ministry of Transport and subsequently cleaned of incorrect records by the Association of Importers of Agricultural and Forestry Machinery.
Although this number is lower than the tractor registrations in 2022 and 2021, it corresponds to the long-term average number of tractors sold over the past six years. It can therefore be stated that after record sales during the "COVID years", the market has returned to a stable level.
In the category of tractors over 50 horsepower, 1,909 tractors were registered. The best-selling brand in this segment last year was John Deere, with a market share of 25%. Following the tractors with the deer logo are the brands Case IH, New Holland, Fendt, and Deutz-Fahr.
