Agrostroj Pelhřimov Hosts SDZT Annual General Meeting

On 2 June 2026, the Annual General Meeting of the Czech Association of Agricultural Machinery Importers (SDZT) was held at the premises of Agrostroj Pelhřimov and the Agrostroj Academy. The meeting was attended by representatives of 83% of the association’s member companies.

In addition to the formal business agenda, the programme included a tour of the Agrostroj Pelhřimov manufacturing plant. Participants had the opportunity to gain insight into one of the most important engineering companies in the Czech Republic, including its modern and highly automated production facilities.

Considerable interest was also generated by a visit to the Agrostroj Academy, a secondary school based on the principles of dual education. SDZT members were introduced to a model that closely links classroom learning with hands-on training in a real industrial environment, as well as to the state-of-the-art equipment available to students.

The General Meeting approved the admission of two new members – AGRI-PRECISION s.r.o. and NEWIA s.r.o. As a result, SDZT’s membership has expanded to 44 companies.
