AGRALL acquires a stake in Germany’s BLT Brandenburger Landtechnik

AGRALL, the CLAAS distributor for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, is acquiring a stake in the German company BLT Brandenburger Landtechnik GmbH, a major agricultural machinery dealer in northern Brandenburg.

BLT operates five branches in the region and is one of CLAAS’s key sales and service partners in northern Brandenburg and the wider Berlin area.

Until now, BLT’s ownership has been split between the CLAAS Group and private shareholders. In addition to the full CLAAS product range, the company also sells machinery from other manufacturers, including Amazone, Köckerling, Annaburger, Kaweco and others.

For AGRALL, this is the second major acquisition within a short period of time. In 2025, the company became the majority shareholder of U+M Servis. The acquisition of a stake in BLT therefore represents another step in expanding AGRALL’s own retail and service activities, this time beyond the Czech and Slovak markets.
